Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Fee: A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be fully credited toward your treatment on the day of your visit.

24-Hour Notice & Deposit Transfer: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. We understand life happens, so we are happy to offer a one-time transfer of your deposit to a new date with sufficient notice.

Waiting List & Preparation Time: Giving us 24 hours’ notice allows us to offer that time slot to clients on our waiting list and respects our therapist’s preparation time.

Non–Refundable Policy:

Booking fees are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited to cover allocated clinic time and expenses.

Gift Vouchers :
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, either in part or in full.
